This land is located about 28 miles north and west of Wheatland, accessed by Interstate 25, a County Road, and a private road easement through a few ranches.  This is 278 acres and is off the grid. The land is scenic, rolling to steep in terrain. The land has a scattering of pine and cedar trees, and of course the forage is native grasses ans forbs. Often, elk, deer and antelope are found grazing and bedding on this land. Views are very scenic all around, with Table Mountain to the north east and Laramie Peak and the Laramie Mountain Range to the west. We would really like to show you this land.
